Hold on to Me as We Go

… As we roll down this unfamiliar road.

Existing in photos is what I preach, and I make everyone I love accountable! Jamie (one of my closest girlfriends), has really let me push her and her family to have images taken regularly.

As part of my new sessions this year, I wanted to create “painterly” mother + daughter images. I knew Jamie would love that but I wasn’t sure how the girls would feel (you know, pre-teen and all!). I offered the girlies creative freedom on extra shots and I was able to capture some glam portraits with Jamie!

On another late winter/early spring day we did a family session to include their dad/husband Steve. He’s such a great guy! I met them on the University of Wisconsin – Superior campus where Jamie is a professor.

And last but certainly not least!!! Jamie and I collaborated on a casual, lifestyle session. She’s absolutely beautiful and it was such an honor to work with her on these images.

What this blog really shows are some of the ways you can exist in photos. My job is to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, show you your true beauty and make you love all of your images!

When was the last time you or your family had professional images taken? Let’s talk about options and what will work for you! ashleyslindseyphotography@gmail.com
